Arlington, Va. – Recently, American Trucking Associations unveiled the 2014 National Truck Driver Appreciation Week (NTDAW) logo and announced it has opened a new online store for NTDAW merchandise.

“ATA is proud to continue the tradition of National Truck Driver Appreciation Week,” said ATA President and CEO Bill Graves. “The trucking industry values the men and women who safely deliver our nation’s goods, and keep America moving forward. Our online store will allow fleets and shippers to honor their drivers for their hard work and commitment to the industry,” Graves added.

The NTDAW online store features affordable merchandise that is able to be co-branded at no additional cost. In addition to the store merchandise, a NTDAW celebration banner and tumbler are also being offered through ShareLink™, a program that highlights the power of collaborative buying. The more celebration banners and tumblers purchased, the lower the price is for all participating.

“The new NTDAW merchandise incorporates the logo from the new Trucking Moves America Forward image movement so we can show not just our appreciation for our drivers, but pride in our vital industry,” said ATA Chairman Phil Byrd, president of Bulldog Hiway Express, Charleston, S.C.

National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, September 14-20, is when America takes the time to honor all professional truck drivers for their hard work and commitment in tackling one of our economy’s most demanding and important jobs. These 3.2 million professional men and women not only deliver our goods safely, securely and on time, they also keep our highways safe.
